big props for tommy. my writing sample for the saipan tribune almost four years ago was for me to write a report about the pacific leaders summit.

after reading the reports from all of the leaders, it seemed to me that everyone but palau came prepared with what they'd promised during the previous gathering.

only tommy came armed with what he promised.

it raised my eyebrows when palau stood out from the pack of apathetic islands.

might be a great place to live. one with direction, too.

btw, do they have a casino? do they need one?

seems like they're just doing things well. maybe we could borrow from their example.
